Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, courier availability, or incorrect address details. We'll always notify you of significant delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you can track its progress in real time from My Orders in your account — from order placed, through processing and shipping, to delivery.
Delivery Requirements
- A valid, reachable phone number is required for all delivery orders.
- Please provide accurate and complete address details, including landmarks where helpful.
- Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address, or designate an alternative recipient.
- We may attempt redelivery if the first attempt is unsuccessful; additional fees may apply for repeated failed attempts.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is missing or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly — see our Return Policy for details.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within Ghana. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
