01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Despite IT Consult website and services ("we", "us", "our platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase on our platform. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

03Orders & Pricing

All product prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

• Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary slightly in packaging.
• Stock availability is updated regularly but is not guaranteed until checkout is confirmed.
• An order confirmation does not guarantee product availability — you will be notified of any issues.

04Payment

We process payments securely through Paystack. By submitting payment details, you authorize us to charge the total order amount, including any applicable delivery fees. We do not store your card details on our servers.

05Delivery & Pickup

We offer both home delivery and in-store pickup. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by location, weather, or courier availability.

• Delivery orders require a valid address and reachable phone number.
• Pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of being marked "Ready for Pickup".
• Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered or picked up.

06Returns & Warranty

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if defective or not as described, subject to inspection. Manufacturer warranties apply as stated on individual product pages. Items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.

07Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

08Limitation of Liability

Despite IT Consult is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, to the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law.

09Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
